Anita worked tirelessly to locate a rental that I could lease for long term. She was working in a geographic area which she was not totally familiar with, however she went the extra mile to locate several condos for me to lease. In addition she negotiated with each of the owners to obtain a lease that met my financial, location and condo style that allowed me to select the one I required.
