Individually our careers started in 1995 & we created our TEAM approach in 1997. We discovered that our clients wanted to work with the agent they hired & not be "handed off" to an assistant. Anna enjoys the numbers approach to real estate & the details involved in handling the proper paperwork necessary to protect our clients. Cindie enjoys the marketing aspect of Real Estate & the presentation of the property. Staging, pictures, virtual tours, ad layouts, etc... are details that the public will use when positioning a home on their list of priorities. Capturing the interest of the buyer on the screen through web sites & getting them excited about your home is one of our top priorities. Although capturing the interest of the buyer on line is crucial we also believe in covering all aspects of marketing , which is why we use the Homes & Land Magazine , print advertisement. This is important because in today's market every buyer is considered gold & we need to make sure we go to all the places a buyer may be looking.
