Anne is the best realtor. She sold my home in 4 days! Anne has a way of explaining things in simple terms, which made the process of buying & selling easy. I also really like that she has a great referral system with people to help with moving who, like Anne, are professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful that Anne was our realtor.

In a word, phenomenal. Anne exemplifies what a realtor should be and do. We had some specific needs such as lot size/layout together with must have home features and she worked tirelessly to make sure we reached our goal. From the first contact to closing, she responded without hesitation to every contact, change or situation. Anne also strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and a personal touch. She took the time to get to know us and understand our wants and needs. All advice and evaluations were honest and forthright. We felt like she was giving us the same advice she would give to family. Just closed on a house in Port St Lucie that Anne showed us. She was very knowledgeable about the area and found us the perfect house within our budget. Anne was with us at every step of the buying process and even negotiated getting the owner to leave some of the furniture for us. She is easy to work with and very responsive.

All I can say is WOW!!!I usually do not do write ups like these, but Anne Warner with Water Pointe Realty Group has absolutely blown us away (and that is really saying something with us) Many realtors will show you houses or throw up your listing in the MLS, but Anne is nothing short of a Rock Star. She was with us every step of the way, including getting us a much lower price than we ever thought possible, setting us up with her PERSONAL contacts to insure our experience was nothing short of perfect and even helped us move in to our new home.... WHO DOES THAT?! Anne blew us away with how knowledgeable she was on EVERY home she showed us, which meant that she took the time to research and inspect EACH home so that she would be prepared and have the answers to our questions.I would have to say that we not only found one of the most Attentive Realtors in the area, but we also found a great friend (who seems to know EVERYONE lol!) Anne did way more than just show us houses. We were new to the area, and Anne took the time to learn our wants and our “style”, educated us on the available areas, stayed with us throughout the offer, inspection, and purchase, and then followed up to see how we settled in. We have been fortunate to have dealt with several top notch real estate professionals in the past, and we find Anne outstanding and a true pleasure to work with. I cannot speak highly enough about Anne and all she has done for our house buying experience. I decided to attempt and vet out several realtors and get the ball rolling for purchasing a house, and Anne was one of the profiles I came across. I shot her an email at 6:30PM on a Saturday night, and she called me within 5 minutes. We knew pretty quickly how dedicated to her work she was from there.She gave us the "motherly insight" that we so desperately needed being two first time home buyers in our 30's. She did not sugar coat, she did not push us, and if we looked at a house that wasn't "it" she would voice just that. We needed that in this competitive market, to ensure we wouldn't make a terrible decision that we'd regret for years to come.We just closed on our first house last week, and it's all thanks to Anne. I recommend her to anyone looking. She is so plugged into the area, has so many resources, is responsive and most of all cares about your decisions. We're lucky to have found Anne (and Sean!)
