A NATIVE OF Nova Scotia Canada, Ash Keiver graduated at Pugwash High where he then moved on to the Canadian Navy. While serving from 1993 to 1998, Ash was a sonar operator and a Naval Ships Diver. Ash moved to Florida in 2000 and became a full time Real Estate Agent in 2003 and a Real Estate Broker in 2007.
Ash is extremely knowledgeable about the West Coast of Florida and their golf course communities. As a single digit golfer, Ash really knows the courses and will "tee it up" for you to find the country club that is right for you.

We wanted to sell our home and close on our new home at the same time to prevent the hassle of moving twice.This is not always as easy as it is made out to be. Ash made sure all companies and people involved were keeping up with the closing date and all paperwork would be processed on time for the two closings. He delivered and both closings went perfect. Very happy with our new home.

I am a property investor and Ash has helped me locate both residential and commercial real estate that is both income producing and an appreciable asset. He is excellent at negotiating deals and has brokered profitable real estate deals for me. He recently help me with a complicated short sale and was able to negotiate with the multiple parties including a bank attorney resulting in a purchase of over $200,000 less than market value.

Ash was wonderful! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to get ahold of and very flexible with our schedule. We never felt pressured to do anything which made our decision making very relaxed. We would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for the perfect home!

Nothing but good things to say about Ash. He helped us find the perfect place for our growing family. He listened to what we wanted and went above & beyond to match us with the right home. Ash was very helpful and Knowledgeable . his sense of humour was a valuable trait in this process . He quickly learned my tastes and my requirements in a home and made an effort to only send me houses to look at that would meet my needs.
