About Barbara Seward
If you want someone who loves what they do and is dedicated to meeting your expectations, read more about me, Barbara Seward. Following is short summary of where I have been and where I am going in the real estate world.
I am a full-time real estate agent and go to work every day with my clients best interests in mind. For my Seller Clients my job is to be creative and innovative in real estate marketing as well as easily accessible when clients have questions or need service. For my Buyer Clients my job is to keep them informed of new listings and guide them through the purchasing process to a successful real estate closing.
After 17 military moves and another 12 civilian moves, relocation was my life. Now, relocation is my business. I am a "meet your needs Realtor" who understands service and dedication to people. You need a Realtor who understands you, listens to your needs and makes your goals her goals.
As a military wife of 30 years, I volunteered and focused on welcoming families to new duty assignments, promoting morale, building events and helping people transition to new locations. My husband Jay and I have lived throughout the United States and overseas. Together we have purchased, sold, renovated, rented, and invested in real estate since 1980. You need a Realtor who has experience in helping people during transitions.
The decision to become a full-time real estate professional was a natural choice. My real estate career is a continuation of what I enjoyed most about military life, meeting people and helping them make transitions. As a Realtor, I have the opportunity to apply years of first-hand knowledge and first-class service to the world of real estate and relocation. You need a Realtor who loves her job and who measures success by satisfied clients.
The foundation of my real estate business has been and continues to be personal referrals from past clients. Let me welcome you home. . . .
