It is also seen as unprofessional to be not knowledgeable of the contracts throughout the process, which can ultimately hurt the client/professional relationship.
Nurture professional relationships: During the process of purchasing or selling a property, there are many different professionals who need to be able to effectively communicate with each other. A typical transaction can include real estate attorneys, appraisers, and mortgage lenders. Real estate agents need to nurture relationships with these professionals in order to assure efficient service.
