Bonnie was unfortunately the 2nd realtor I contracted to sell my house. If she had been the first it would have sold 3 months sooner! Thanks to Bonnie's knowledge on how to market my home not only was I UNDER CONTRACT 5 DAYS AFTER LISTING IT, I WAS UNDER CONTRACT FOR THE ORIGINAL LIST PRICE! As I have told many people. If you don't want to sell your house, don't call Bonnie because if she lists your home you need to start packing up and moving out! I can't say THANK YOU enough for all of her hard work and determination! Not only for helping me sell my house, but also helping me buy my new condo. If I need a realtor in the future I will be calling Bonnie, and if you need a realtor you should too!

Bonnie is amazing! She was very motivated to help us sell our house! She would answer any questions, give recommendations, and call to to 'check-in' and provide us with updates! She is also the friendliest, down to earth realtor that I've ever met! I would definitely recommend Bonnie to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!

Bonnie was hands down the best at helping us get what we was looking for in a home. Before and after the sale I couldn’t ask for any better. We were asking for a lot within a small window to work with. But she took it and made it all work even with a tough seller that thought there property was worth more than it was.

Bonnie treats you like family. Every decision, concern, suggestion, recommendation, resolution required of Bonnie was performed in a manner of complete care and sensitivity. In addition to maintaining excellent professionalism, Bonnie was always available to our call or text. Bonnie worked relentlessly to achieve our wants/needs while knowing exactly when to provide input vs when to dig in and drive toward our request.We are incredibly picky in choosing a house. Bonnie at all times was patient and helpful while never giving up the search. My husband and I would occasionally give up for a few days but Bonnie would not. We would receive a personal message saying that she thinks we would love this house- OR here's a house that fills our wants but might not be a top contender. She was always honest and straightforward without being a saleswoman, and she was ALWAYS right. Once we found the house we wanted to chase, Bonnie was a lion and got us better than the price we wanted. She used her contractual expertise to make sure the contract benefited us in ways we were completely unaware of.We loved our experience with Bonnie and Gary (her knowledgeable husband who was in attendance at every single showing) because she is patient and caring, while also being fast and aggressive when it benefited us most.We have bought a few homes and had good and bad experiences with a realtor. This was by far our most successful and enjoyable home buying experience.We still keep in touch because we were not clients to Bonnie, we were family.
