Working with Carl was probably the best decision my husband and I made. When we weren’t sure we would get a house, he reassured us that we will get there. He always took our calls, answered questions we didn’t understand, gave us great advice, etc. If we were to ever buy a house again, we would hands down use Carl, we couldn’t have done this without him!

Carl is the absolute best real estate agent. Moving from out of state is challenging enough, but it makes a huge difference when someone goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Carl would occasionally drive by and snap a few photos and send them to me (since I couldn't) as well as give me a progress update. He went to my initial walk through, so that I wouldn't have to re-arrange my schedule to fly in. He had a 3rd party inspection done for me in addition to participating in my walk through. He was there for my final walk through and the signing of documents. Oh, and let's not forget the 3 long days of driving around he did with me initially to find me the perfect house! He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I appreciate everything Carl has done and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the DFW area.If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Carl did excellent job with the purchase of my new home. I am a relocation client from the East Coast who has lived in Texas previously for work. But relocating again to Texas this transition has been seamless. Carl was very knowledgeable about the DFW area and where the market is trending. One thing I appreciate about him is that he emphasizes to me to consider the future resale value for the area. Because life is ever changing and who know where I will be in 5 years but if I decide to sale I want to make a profit. Carl was amazing with his pre-homework that he did and because of his due diligence I was able to find a home on my first visit to DFW that weekend. Carl was able to negotiate a great purchasing price with the builder and we were able to get closing cost covered and all appliances included in our deal. Carl made this moved to DFW enjoyable. If you looking for a good honest realtor Carl is the person for the job!!!

Carl was absolutely wonderful at finding homes that met all of our requirements. He took the time to thoroughly explain a home’s details before we decided to move forward with it. He also ensured that we knew of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property. He was an excellent agent very professional located to our needs gave us plenty input about the house.
