Cathy is fantastic at her job. I've worked with twice now, once purchasing a home and four years later, selling that home. In both processes, she was extremely fair, incredibly kind, and very patient. We worked out a great deal with the sellers when I made the initial purchase, and I was able to sell the home for SIGNIFICANTLY more when I sold it. She is top notch and I would recommend her if you're either buying or selling.

Cathy is nothing less than amazing! She is incredibly thorough, keeps the best in mind for her clients, and really knows the ends and outs when buying and selling a house. Cathy did such a great job marketing our house and getting buyers at our open house, that police were called about the “traffic” on the street! She has great contacts from loan officers to plumbers that you feel confident in the work being home on your house. I recommend Cathy to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house. Cathy guided us through the purchase of my and my mother's home in Louisville, KY. The market was very, very competitive, with houses going off the market within a day of being advertised. We found that out in the beginning after looking at several, and then finding that offers were on the table. Once we found the "perfect" house, and it had just been listed, Cathy helped us name a price that would be competitive in the case of multiple offers. Turns out there were three offers, and ours was the best. Thank goodness! Cathy is certainly in tune with how to make an offer.

We couldnt ask for a better realtor, she knows her job really well and you will be in great hands with having her as your realtor. We have purchased 2 homes with Cathy with one being a new build and the process was smooth even with the sale of our first home in the first 2 days it was on the market. If you're in the market for a home, then Cathy would be a great buyer's agent. She is super knowledgeable. Her best asset would be her warm personality, which makes the process really smooth. She provides her honest perspective cost of house and quality of an area. Cathy is always responsive, rather it is through email, text, or phone call.
