It was a pleasure to work with Chad. His calming and professional manner was well received and appreciated. Always was there either by phone or e-mail to help point us in the right direction. Helped to calm nerves when the 1st offer on our house fell through at the last moment.

Chad is an excellent realtor. He is honest, professional and trustworthy. Chad takes the time to get to know the wants and necessities of his clients and invests in finding the perfect home for them. I utilized his services twice--to purchase my condo and also to sell the condo when the time was right. He was open about all of my options with regards to purhasing and also very insightful when it came time to sell my property. Having candid conversations with your realtor throughout the process is crucial and Chad really encourages open dialogue. He was incredibly responsive to my calls and emails which also provided a sense of security, especially for someone going through home buying and then selling for the first time. I cannot say enough positive things about Chad. He is a winner in my book and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

Mr. White has been very helpful in referring us to an agent in the area where we are moving (FLA) and with giving us information about purchasing a home. Chad was as much a partner and a friend as he was my realtor. He took the home buying process as seriously as I did, and seemed just as invested in finding me the right place in the right neighborhood, noting my wishlist items and being able to read between the lines of what I did and didn't need. He wasn't afraid to offer input or push back, and that showed me how much he respected me – and wanted what was best for me as I looked for my new home. I would recommend him to anyone, and if I ever bought/sold again in the area, I'd definitely use him.
