Chrissie was amazing. She answered every call and question that we had. She would find time to see homes with us. She traveled to many homes with us at the drop of a hat. For instance, our final home we found at midnight. My husband called Chrissie and told her we had to see the house the next day so no one would take it. Chrissie booked a time and had all of the paperwork in-hand. She called the sellers agent, rushed back to her office for us and used her skills advising the sellers agent we drew up a great offer. She is a sweet lady and a tough negotiator. I was glad she was our agent. She advised us and made the process go smoothly. I love how knowledgeable and kind she is. I first worked with Chrissie a few years back selling my grandmother’s house after she passed away. Thanks to her help, we ended up selling for $100k more than a Remax rep was going to get us. After that, we worked with Chrissie to buy a home in 2016. We just recently sold that house and bought a new one, all through Chrissie. My favorite part about working with Chrissie is that she has never pressured us to buy anything. She always made sure that we’re absolutely confident we’re interested in a home before putting an offer on it. Once it came down to making an offer, she knew a few tricks of the trade to make sure our offer stood out above the rest. Thanks to her diligence, we bought a home we love in one of the craziest housing markets I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

First house, we were clueless in lots of things. Chrissie was patient to explain the process to us. We had found our house when we met her, but Chrissie wanted to show us a few more homes so we were sure we made the right decision.
