Cindi has done a great job marketing and selling four properties for my wife and I. She is very knowledgeable about market conditions in her area. We decided to move out of state and discussed selling our house with a few realtors. Cindi was the most efficient and forthcoming about the true value of our house. The house sold within two days of being on the market at a price we were more than satisfied with. Cindi made sure. That we did not give up more than necessary in negotions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to sell and appreciates honesty and competency!

Cindy was terrific-appointments to show house were done in a timely fashion. We wanted the house to sell in a timely way and the house was sold within two days. She gave us advice on what we needed to do in the house and was right every time. She was very professional and great on negotiating. I intend (and have) already recommended her to other friends and relatives. Best realtor I've ever worked with!

We bought a bank owned home. There were several complications, not because of Cindi though. Even with all of the extra hoops, she really worked for us. We still closed earlier than we expected. I would recommend her to anyone.

Cindi Comchoc replied to my request in less than an hour. If I'm remembering correctly, my request was on a weekend evening. She has been working with us to find us the most home for our dollar. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgable in buying foreclosed homes, look no further! She is also someone who will point out good and bad qualities of each home. This has proven to be extremely helpful. I would recomment her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Cindi was absolutely fantastic. she went completely out of her way for me. Not being from Dayton or the US, I had to fly in to look at properties. Cindi made arrangements prior to my arrival and spent two days with me looking at properties. Our days were full. she showed me around Dayton and let me know what to expect. Even after I went home, she continued to work for me and was in constant contact with me. She made arrangements to close some of the deals and acted as my representative, she arranged for inspections and has gone over and above all my expectations. To me, she is not an agent, but more like a partner. She has been key in my purchases. She will always be honest and professional. I have been so impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Anyone who works with Cindi is extremely lucky to have her in your corner.
