Colleen is the most accomplished agent I've dealt with -in Miami, Seattle or overseas.As a regular buyer and seller of condos I deal with many agents. Colleen has represented us as both a buyer and a seller. For our own home and for investment properties.On one occasion one of our sales fell through because of a documentation issue that was my fault. Colleen was hired to sell a property that was going through probate. She was responsive committed and extremely helpful in preparing the property for sale. She referred us to a lawyer who also helped the sale goes smoothly. She communicated with us throughout the whole process. She stayed on top of every detail and got the property to closing. We met Colleen and began working with her to find a condominium in South Beach over a year ago. During that time, she showed us at least 6-7 properties, often on very short notice. When we were ready to buy, the property was not approved for VA loans. When our current mortgage broker could not find an approval solution, Colleen stepped in, and with her own associates, quickly and easily got the building approved. Colleen represented us on the sale of our South Beach condo while we were out of town. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. Colleen is a stellar expert and a responsible and diligent person, pleasant to deal with. Her calm attitude, ease of communication with diverse people, her tireless energy and good sense of humor are a big help. We have been coordinating our real estate needs and plans with Colleen, taking her knowledgeable advice, during the last three years. It has been a big help to us, especially as we were new to the Miami area at the start. Colleen had guided us masterfully toward finding our primary property in a new condo building describing pros and cons of each building, including structure, appeal and future developments in the area, addressing quality of building management, sensibility of the price to the comparable sales, etc. Superb knowledge of the area, great connections, patience and the right attitude in getting us the right price.
