The first 25 years of my career were spent in management positions within a variety of service industries. I managed and directed human resources departments and learned first hand that treating associates with respect, dignity, and placing their needs above my own was the key to becoming the employer of choice in the community. Seasoned with humor and tact, my professional relationships have always been my edge to managing projects to successful outcomes and to meeting corporate goals over the years. As your REALTOR, and the managing partner in your real estate affairs, my approach is no different. I consistently offer the same respect and dignity to each of my clients, and, yes, I guarantee there can be fun in the process.

Vickie, my wife of 34 years, and I moved to Florida from West Michigan. My Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Management are from Michigan State University and Aquinas College, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am a seasoned win/win negotiator, having spent a number of years negotiating labor contracts as part of my human resources role. You, my real estate clients, reap the benefits of my many hours at the negotiating table. I know that negotiating does not stop at the buy and sell agreement. It prevails throughout the transaction; from contract to closing.
