Her background in education combined with the experience gained as the founder of Carolina Lighthouse Staging & Redesign make her almost custom built to be a successful Realtor®. Within the first month of starting her company, Dana staged 17 homes with 97% selling in under a week, a talent that has been a distinct advantage to all her listing clients.

Entrepreneurial spirit and drive are two key ingredients in the Dana Ben secret sauce. She contributes to KW Cares on a consistent basis and recently sponsored an event at International Focus Raleigh honoring Aiman Umarova, one of the ten 2018 International Women of Courage. Umarova is a lawyer from Kazakhstan representing political prisoners and helping bring to justice those involved in the sexual abuse of women and children. Something Dana is fiercely passionate about, as well.

Dana is also actively involved in her community. She and her husband of 17 years live in Cary. They have three children who keep them busy with swim practice, soccer, and ice hockey. As a family, they enjoy traveling, going on adventures, and getting outside to enjoy all North Carolina has to offer. This is not only important to her as a mom, but as a Realtor® as well.
