Davian may be a relatively new realtor, but he worked tirelessly to help determine what I was looking for, and to tailor my searches accordingly. He set me up with alerts, kept his ears and eyes open, and also coached me and made sure I was prepared to understand this new market (I relocated from a more rural place). Because I was prepared, he was right - when I found the house I wanted, I was ready to go for it. He helped every step of the way, worked late nights, early mornings, weekends, did due diligence on his own, explored alternatives, thought outside the box, and - most importantly - helped me get my offer accepted - with clauses that were in my favor in the end. Davian knows this area inside and out and is fearless. He was fearless and helped in the negotiation process in ways I would not have considered had I been on my own. Thanks to Davian, I started looking and found something sooner than I expected! Winter *can* be the perfect time for buyers in southern Maine! I recommend him enthusiastically, and am very grateful for the work he did.

To start, Davian is a great guy, has tons of local knowledge and his energy immediately caught my attention on an open house he had organized. I was just in the process of looking for something a bit more out of the box, and Davian knew right away what kind of property to show me and anticipated my concerns and questions and was always prepared with the appropriate response. Will definitely look for doing business with him again
