David moved to the Savannah area in 1992, living in Hilton Head and Savannah. Since 1992, David has had many experiences; bartending, restaurant management and ownership, tour guide and now a experienced Real Estate Agent for both Georgia & South Carolina. He has started his 11th year in the Real Estate Industry.

David specializes with first time buyers, military buyers, investors, vacation or second homes, short sales, foreclosures & commercial properties. He is a certified military specialist, short sale and foreclosure specialist.

David also keeps up to date with social media and new technologies that help in clients searching for their perfect property or his seller's trying to get their asking price.

David keeps in contact with his clients which enables him to reconnect and represent them again, either on the buying side or selling side of the real estate transaction. He is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Savannah Multiple Listing Service and the Hilton Head Island, SC Multiple Listing Service.

David currently has three books published the Civil War. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York, College at Oswego and his Masters from Savannah's Armstrong Atlantic State University.

For enjoyment: he likes traverse Civil War battelefields & sites, visit both Major & Minor League Baseball Stadiums, Cook, Golf, and Entertaining.
