David helped us get our dream home! He was available all the time with answers to all of our questions (and we had a lot, being first time buyers!) We received daily listings from him and I remember inspecting houses @ 9pm because we didn't have any other time available and he would be there for us! Helped us tremendously with everything and we will allways thank him for that. Would definitely recommend him!

Put plainly and honestly, David Janvion is a knowledgeable, honest, patient, driven, friendly and energetic gentleman. He recently represented our family in an estate sale and was there with us every step of the way. He was able to find a buyer willing to pay even more than we were ready to settle for. When issues arose with a nasty plumbing sewage flood throughout the property... David was there hours before we the owners were to work with the sanitizers and help direct them and get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. He is a fantastic realtor, he will sell your property quickly and at a great price. You will have a new friend when you realize as we did how honest and sincere he is. I had been looking for a home for years with another realtor. We kept getting denied and eventually I gave up hope. I met with David and the first home we placed an offer on we got denied. Two days later David called back and said our offer was approved. Using his expertise and knowledge of the industry, he was able to convince the seller to accept my offer. Throughout the entire process he explained everything and what to expect at each benchmark. I am now a proud home owner thanks to David. Giving someone a 5 Star rating can be far fetched, but trust me when I say David is worth every Star.
