Debra has over 20 years of professional experience in business thru sales, management, and real estate investment. She has owned and managed her own retail business, is a partner in four successful family owned furniture stores, manages investments for a family trust, and has brought and sold several of her own real estate investment properties. Presently, Debra is an owner and/or partner in over 18 commercial and residential investment properties.
When it comes to providing real estate services to her clients, Debra uses all her expertise in analyzing and evaluating her client's needs, researching the marketplace, and coming up with an individualized plan that is tailored to each client's real estate objective. Each client's plan is based on what is proven to get the best results. It is Debra's goal to help her clients have the best real estate experience possible and having been in the position of buying and selling her own property, she understands the questions and concerns of her clients.
