At Coastal Association of REALTORS® it is our priority to:

We support over 1,000 REALTORS® who serve Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We were chartered in 1957.

Coastal Association of REALTORS® (CAR) is the industry advocate for the real estate industry, the real estate professional and private property rights.

Our ongoing lobby efforts with local, state and national elected officials make sure the lines of communication are open to discuss issues that affect the real estate industry and private property rights.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark unique to real estate professionals who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics
