About Florette Melton

The Triad has been my home for over almost all my adult life!! When one has truly experienced an area, you can feel it in your soul. I am comfortable being the tour guide for newcomers, and yet share similar experiences with those who have always called the Triad home. Originally from Newton, Iowa I moved here with my family and as an adult student graduated from UNC-G and even taught Communications while earning a Master's degree in Broadcasting Film.

For over 25 years, my daily "continuing education course" lies in the real estate arena. One can never be bored in this profession. Every single day can certainly be a new experience. I continue to learn from my diverse, interesting customers from here in the Triad and from customers who come to us from all over the world. They, as buyers, in turn, see what great values there are in our market. For the UNIQUE sellers, my background is in advertising/promotion and you will have a strategic plan mapped specifically for your property to get sold in the shortest amount of time for the most dollars the market will bear. I have a superb broker on the team...Betty Gregory who is a long time resident business woman who has been an advocate for growth and progress in Lexington and Davidson county. Betty is very visible with her long list of community activities including serving on economic development boards and civic and church committees to make this area a better place to live. Betty cares about her town and her customers!! Her enthusiasm is contagious!!

She is a certified staging professional and we can help your property look its best before you show it to the buyer. Representing the buyer, she is bound to make buying process fun and your North Carolina real estate experience a pleasant one, indeed!

Whether you are a first time home buyer, a knowledgeable and experienced seller, or savy investor, no property is too small or too large to discuss with UNIQUE PROPERTIES. Every customer is extremely important. I want to be the first person called when you have a real estate need, the one you enthusiastically refer to a friend, neighbor or family member. This will only happen by giving exceptional service to you the first time.
