When a home inspection is performed, George's knowledge of engineering principles, home construction and personal attention to detail, in conjunction with the licensed home inspector’s report, provides home buyers outstanding insight of possible home defects and potential repair costs, thus giving buyers the data to make prudent decisions and the leverage for advantageous negotiation. George's expertise in the design, maintenance and operation of building systems and home appliances provides Sellers exceptional insight in the home's condition, thus providing economical solutions to superior home market preparation.
In 2004 George was awarded the “Mentors Extraordinaire” plaque by the CB Fiesta office for outstanding contributions in guiding & assisting new agents in contract writing, computer applications and home selling/marketing techniques. George was admitted to the CB Bronze Sales Circle in 2006 and the US Preferred Realty $ Million+ Sales circle in 2010.
