Jack Gale is originally from Long Island, NY, but has called NC home for the last 31 years. He has, selling real estate since 2000 and in the Cape Fear area since 2002. He has focused on real estate development, large tract and individual home site sales, REO, commercial, new home sales and residential re-sales. Jack is licensed in both North and South Carolina, is a member of the Cape Fear area MLS association which covers 13 counties, the Greater Hampstead Chamber of Commerce and the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Jack understands what buyers and sellers expect from their real estate agent, which includes great service, communication and follow-through on each transaction regardless of its size. 

Jack formed Team Gale in 2005, completing over 2,500 real estate transactions since. Team Gale has been a top producing Sea Coast Advantage team since 2009, including being highly ranked by the Coldwell Banker franchise for NC and the entire Southeast Region. It is Team Gale's goal to be your real estate agents for life.

When Jack's not working, he enjoys spending time with family, working in the yard, kayaking and other waterfront activities.
