We called Jen to sell my property in west brandywine township. Jen looked up other properties in the area to help me get an idea of how much I should list my property for. After we got an offer I needed a lawyer to write the agreement because I was holding the mortgage. Jen had one for me to us every thing worked out just fine.

Jen was the best realtor we could have ever imagined. She took all of our dreams and made them come true, and even added some fun along the way! She not only showed us every house that she came across and thought we would like, but every house that we found posted on the random corners of the internet. She showed us houses on her days off, in crappy weather, and even drove through a tornado to show us a house (she brought snacks to that one too). When we were ready to put in offers, she was responsive, and she went to bat for us a lot throughout the process. Jen gets the job done and she makes you feel like she genuinely cares. We finally found the perfect home for us and our dogs (did we mention that Jen is also a dog person??). She was able to get us to the settlement table in 3 weeks - right before the world shutdown with COVID-19. Literally. We were the last settlement.If you're looking for a realtor that you can trust to do the right thing by you, Jen is your girl. We will definitely be using Jen again in the future!

Jen proved to be an incredibly knowledgeable asset to my family and I while we were buying our home. I am so thankful to have had her by my side. Jen is wonderful and was so helpful throughout the process of looking for a home. She met with us well in advance of our timeframe, giving recommendations to make the process simpler, and made herself available for phone calls at all times. My husband and I are from out of state, and she provided us with top notch information about the area, including kid-friendly activities and unique characteristics of the local town. She was with us every step of the way, from finding the right home, to inspections, and finally at settlement, and has continued to follow up with us to check in on how things are going in our new home. Jen's expertise and responsiveness allowed the entire process to run smoothly, and she made home buying a breeze! Highly recommend!

Working with Jen to buy our first home was such a wonderful experience! While COVID-19 required social distancing and our first ever ZOOM meeting, Jen never left us feeling disconnected or isolated. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and really listened to the things we wanted. Jen was always responsive and never left us hanging on a text or waiting for a call back. She was both receptive and perceptive. When touring properties, Jen made sure to bring our attention to big things like how my tall husband would hit his head when doing laundry in the century-old basement, or the lack of power for a dryer beside the washer, or signs of prior floor repairs. She also got to know us well enough to be able to point out things specific to our needs like where would be great locations for our dog’s bed and how I would hate to walk so far to the bathroom in the middle of the night.Her knowledge of the area and market got us in for hard to get showings and helped us get the house. By getting to know us she ensured that it will be the perfect home for years to come. Once our offer was accepted, Jen’s awesomeness didn’t stop. She and her team made sure we knew and understood the dates and deadlines, and even sent check-ins before deposits were due or contingency periods ended. From offer, to inspection, to the seller’s rent-back, Jen had our back and made sure that we were protected and well-cared-for throughout the whole process.
