4/5 stars. Local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills all extensive. Very helpful, showed me multiple properties and discussed the details, advantages and disadvantages of each one. Kept trying to expedite the scheduling of the closing date.

We have bought our 2 family home in Woodhaven. Jolanta Piela helped us in the whole process. She is highly professional, very talented and organized in showing houses with our time schedules. She understood our budget and boudaries and she even found a nice location. We were first time home buyers and we did not know where to start. She helped us from day one to closing.
