I HIGHLY recommend Julia as a real estate agent. Julia is very knowledgable, professional, and much more. Julia made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She made me feel like she was sincerely working for ME. She goes above and beyond and has a very quick response time to emails, texts, phone calls, whatever. I have no complaints and if I were to buy 10 more houses I would call her every time.

Julia was attentive, hardworking and concerned with our needs. There are a lot of realtors that will do close to the minimum, but Julia far exceeded our expectations. She listened to our needs and helped us arrive at the right asking price for our circumstance. After our house went under contract, Julia continued to follow up and keep us informed. She made what could have been a very stressful circumstance, a simple and seamless process. Julia even went the extra mile to get mail and packages that didn’t forward correctly when we’d moved out of state! A good realtor is worth every penny and Julia will not disappoint!

My experience working with Julia was amazing! She worked for countless hours everyday and would not rest until all my requests were satisfied and resolved. One example is when Julia insisted on a final walk through of the property just a few hours before the closing, even though the seller claimed it would not be neccesary. We ended up finding missing components and undetected damage. She was then able to negotiate it being the sellers responsibility in resolving the issue. I feel blessed, honored and very lucky to have had Julia by side throughout the entire process step by step. Julia is not just there to find you a home, she makes it her personal duty that you are satisfied in every aspect and brings light to anything that does not work in your favor. Julia was terrific! From start to finish and even after the closing she was hard-working and helpful! Julia was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. She communicated to us and the buyer promptly and effectively on each issue and came up with an agreeable compromise. My mother is staying in Texas during the sale of her home of 50 years. Julia was sensitive to the emotional attatchment as well as the distance. She met with inspectors and contractors and gave us immediate feedback.
