Julie Sullivan was extremely helpful. I was a first time homebuyer and the whole process and procedures of buying a house was very confusing to me. Julie was always available and willing to take the time and explain every little detail. Julie Sullivan was great and would recommend her to anybody looking for a house.

My husband and I have bought 7 houses and sold 6 in the past three decades. Most of our agents were fairly good and one was very good. We used Julie Sullivan to sell a house that recently closed escrow. I can't say enough good things about Julie. She is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. She was always prompt to answer any questions we had, she was superb in helping us through to closing on our property. The escrow had several glitches and delays not caused by Julie or us, but Julie held our hand through the entire process. Julie helped us buy our first home and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend! She took us all around to find the perfect house for us and we had any questions at anytime she was there to answer them for us!
