I believe if you do a good job and exceed your client's expectations, success will follow. I personally spend all of the time needed to get the job done. I take on only the amount of business I can handle in order to not compromise the QUALITY my clients expect and deserve.Knowledge - Our Industry is changing daily in these tough times, especially in the Mortgage Arena, Short Sales and Forclosures. In order to do my job well, I have to stay on top of these changes. I receive daily updates from numerous sources with news feeds, and belong to organizations that keep my up to date on these changes.Results - Sticking with the transaction from start to finish can be very frustrating in today's atmosphere. There are many things that can and will go wrong. Patience and Experiance with negotiating are extremely important. There is an art to fighting City Hall so to speak.It's Simple.
