In October, 2020 we were house hunting and came across Kim through Zillow. Kim was great to work with. We never felt like she was overselling/underselling a house at any point. She always gave her honest opinion and was prompt in setting up appointments to view house listings. When we came across the house we liked, she was extremely proactive and diligent about ensuring our offer was picked by the seller. The housing market in the Triad is hot and despite that, she helped us get a house that we picked and liked in the first go!
