Ken's construction experience spans 22 years. Seven years were spent as a Property-Casualty Adjuster doing claim restorations for fire, windstorms, flood and other major catastrophes. He also worked 15 years in the Concrete Chemical and Products Industry marketing additives to improve concrete at ready-mix, concrete block, pipe and pre-cast concrete plants. The later half of this experience involved his association with Architects, Structural and Civil Engineers and DOT's on "Specialty Concrete" specifications (hi-strength, corrosion, non-shrink, flowable) and Color concrete.
These construcrion experiences and Continuing Education in Real Estate provide 'Value Added Advantages' to his Buyers on the Selection and Inspection of a home for purchase and also assist Sellers in preparing their homes for a Sale and inspection and repair negotiation. Ken attends all Closings.
