Lloyd has a strong awareness of the area. He has DIY projects himself so he can speak to the costs of what it might take to redo an unwanted feature in a house or area contractors who could assist.He was particularly helpful through the closing process with communication to us as well as with the closing agent and sellers realtor.Dan and Sue MEyer

Lloyd quickly understood our wishes and managed to find the perfect house, our dream came true thanks to his experience and knowledge, he gave us all his time and is still available for us now, when we have questions or problems to fix while we're back in France. We are from Belgium and wanted to buy a vacation home in Florida, we contacted several local agent to help us in our project and Lloyd was definitely the more responsive one so we decided to work with him, from abroad first then we spent a week locally to choose the house that would meet our expectations. Lloyd had arranged appointments and house showing every day we were on site; he had made a selection according to our criteria and at the end of the week, we made an offer for one of the houses we saw! After going back home, he kept following up the sale closing and helped us find local people/companies to maintain our house (garden, pool, alarm, media subscription, etc...). We were very pleased to work with him and would highly recommend him as a sale agent if you had to buy a house!
