My business partner and I owned a rental in the area, which was neglected by our property manager for the last few years. We decided to sell since it was a seller market. I found Louise on Zillow, she had great reviews so we decided to give her the listing. It took several months to rehab the property, Louise coordinated everything, did an impeccable job and after the property was listed we received several offers above the asking price. I want to shout from the rooftops how amazing Louise is. My husband and I have purchased 5 homes in the past 16 years and Louise stands apart from all other agents we have had. Our buying process was pretty simple / low maintenance / standard stuff, so I didn't get to test her patience or problem-solving skills, but a thousand times over, I would go back to Louise and recommend Louise and drive around a huge bus with her face on the side and a bullhorn on top to tell the world how wonderful, caring and generous she is if that were possible. You can't find people like her just anywhere. And you'd have to go across the pond to hear her fantastic accent, so get ready for that delight! If you see she is the listing agent of a home you're interested in, call her directly. This was our second time using Louise and as usual, she did an outstanding job. With her to guide us through the selling of our house, we were able to get this done in a timely fashion. Louise is very professional and knowledgeable in what she is doing, but at the same time, she is very caring and always responds to our questions. I would recommend Louise very highly.

Louise is one amazing woman! She went above and beyond with helping us sell our home. We currently live in Texas and had a rental property in Alabama that Louise actually helped us find some years ago.
