Mark went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. My budget was a challenge for what I wanted, Mark never tried to sell me anything I could not afford, and treated me as thought I was buying a million dollar home. Mark has been guiding us (long distance) in our search for a Florida Home. Last week we were in the area and he spent time over several days showing us the homes we were initially interested in, but also giving us the opportunity to see other homes new and existing that we might not have considered before. It was very enlightening. He is an excellent resource and works hard to insure that you have all the information about an area and the real estate market.
