I would highly recommend Marty, he is so experienced in what he does. He showed us many houses, he was always very patient with all of my unending questions, I was a 1st time home buyer, and didn't really understand a lot of things going on. He helped us through the whole process from looking online all the way thru the closing. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive.

I called Marty about a lot I wanted to sell and he sold it and we closed in about a month after I first called him. I wish I'd have called sooner. Nice guy, easy going, not pushy, and easy to deal with.

I was fortunate to find Marty after working with another agent who was largely unavailable and felt that I should choose after seeing only three houses. I will not buy under that kind of pressure. Marty showed me perhaps six or eight house total. He is fun and knowledgable. Within several weeks, we put a contract on a lovely home that closed shortly thereafter. This Gentleman help my wife to list and sale our home in Palm Bay while I was away in Afghanistan. He was Fantastic. My wife was very,very Happy.He also helped us to find the home that we are living now.
