Michelle is literally the reason we got our house. The seller's realtor and previous owners chose us specifically because of how Michelle was able to learn about who were are as people and portray that to the seller's and also tactically providing advice on how much to put down for deposit/total money down on offers. We looked at probably 30 homes with Michelle pushing to get a home as soon as possible and she did it for us. From when we started looking to close I think it was just 4 months that we were in a home. Can't say enough good things about her.

Michelle Giordano was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our Townhouse. Michelle is a pro! We narrowed our selection to two people, both qualified, with very different styles and approaches. We made the right decision. Michelle was very helpful throughout the home-buying process. Moving can be a daunting experience, but not when working with Michelle at Weiniger Realty. After 19 years in our home we decided to downsize. Michelle was wonderful to work with from the repurchase of a new home to the selling of our current one. Michelle is amazing to work with. She guided us through the process of selling our mother's house that she had lived in for 55+ years.
