My first introduction to Micki Sanders was during a home purchase. Circumstances however, did not permit me to purchase a home at this time. Micki is a awesome realtor, she is reliable, a hardworking individual who kept me updated on properties, and walked me through the process thoroughly for my understanding. Micki helped me find the perfect home rental for my family. I consider Micki Sanders a friend!

Micki was so very efficient. She would make sure everything was done right. Always able to reach her when ever I needed any questions answered. Always returned calls. She really is a terrific person to work with.

Micki and I hit it off right away. She made the process a lot less stressful for me as she always seemed to know when I needed a phone call. She was very responsive to getting us in to see a home, and she always returned my phone call. I can't say enough good things about her; but, mostly, that she worked very hard for us and is trustworthy. I have recommended her to family and friends.

Micki went above and beyond what I expected. She worked within my hectic schedule and made sure that I was well prepared for all of my viewings. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and really put my interest above all others. She kept me well informed of market conditions and she had proven to be honest and open in her work. Micki was fantastic! She was so responsive to all my questions and was very up front with me about the entire buying process. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and I didn't know what I was doing but Micki helped me through it all and I love my new home! I also couldn't believe how quickly it all happened. From pre-approval to closing took about 6 weeks! She's definitely a great agent!

Micki was very patient and helpful as our Buyer's Agent. Although we had changed the type of property and location, she did not get frustrated with our initial lack of direction. We received the same quality attention as any of her other clients. Micki is especially interested in finding the perfect home for each buyer, one that will most appeal to them. She is very personable - someone that we felt comfortable conversing with regarding the pros and cons of various homes. The home we purchased was a "For Sale By Owner" property. Micki was quick to get us in as the first viewers and we are sure that made the difference in getting our below-the-market home. We highly recommend Micki!

Micki has helped me and husband find two different homes now in two different city in back to back years. She's reliable, friendly, and committed. My favorite part about working with Micki is that she's a great communicator and is extremely responsive. My husband and I found that very useful since some listings go in the blink of an eye.
