Monica Wert went above & beyond all my wishes & expectations. I am a widowed, senior citizen. She assisted me in looking for a rental, (finding appropriate places and then taking me to see them) she was always prompt in answering my calls, she pointed out the best details of my home to prospective buyers, she even provided my dinner on the night before I moved because she knew I had everything packed. THERE'S NO ONE BETTER ! We went through 3 realtors before finding Monica and we wish she was the first. Absolutely outstanding job ! If you want someone who actually cares about her career and truly helping you find your dream home then look no further. Although we found Monica Wert via pure serendipity, we could not have selected a better agent if we had interviewed thousands. We had a tight budget and a strict timeline, but she managed to get us in a nice home at a good price with time to spare (even though we put offers on 4 houses before we closed on one). She is very professional and astute in local real estate matters, but is also very friendly and approachable and always kept our needs as her highest priority. We have never had a better relationship with a real estate agent, and through this experience we would now consider Monica a valued and trusted family friend. We cannot give higher praise than that.

Just finished my closing. Monica was awesome throughout this entire process. She is knowledgeable about properties, knows her profession and has excellent people skills. We had multiple road blocks along the way and she handled them all very professionally. "Above and Beyond" are words I would use to describe Monica's handling of this entire experience.
