Pat and Nancie Przada are an amazing team of relators to work with. As second time home buyers but first time home sellers, there was a lot to navigate and time correctly…and Pat and Nancie did a great job with that! They provided amazing resources for us (including a great photographer) and helped get our home ready to sell. They worked with our crazy work (and home) life and schedules to go see the homes we wanted to go see…many of them seemingly at the drop of a hat. The closing process was a piece of cake too! Thank you Pat and Nancie for helping us find our amazing home!

When we decided to sell our home, we immediately thought of Pat and Nancie Przada. They had successfully sold the homes of several friends who recommended them highly. Our home is sold and the Przadas were there each step of the way.They provided comparative data on the local market and listings in our neighborhood which helped us set an asking price.We then “staged” our home with their advice. Their experience in knowing what current design trends are and what buyers are looking for was extremely helpful. They provided marketing resources in the form of brochures, a video tour, and multiple listing services.The process for home viewings was very smooth. The Przadas gave us feedback from each visit.Once we had offers, they assisted us in evaluating them and selecting the best one. The required contract data was explained very thoroughly, including our projected closing costs.They have a list of service contractors which was extremely helpful both as we prepared our house for viewing and as we were attending to buyer’s request prompted by the buyer’s inspection. We were satisfied with all work done.The Przadas were with us at the closing, which was very smooth.At several points during the process, the Przadas went the “extra mile” to move things along. We ultimately followed their suggestions for enhancing the interior of the house to attract the buyer.We were very pleased with the Przadas professionalism and recommend them highly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Pat and Nancie Przada for several years. They assisted me in the sale and purchase of several homes. Not only were they able to work with a picky buyer, but they were also able to help me find a house that met all my criteria when it seemed it could not be done. They have years of experience to pull from and are up to date on the current, crazy market trends and know how to get their clients ahead of the game. Between Pat’s background in engineering and Nancie’s background in teaching, they had a keen eye to identify potential problems that most people would not notice and managed to teach me how to look at a house with a critical eye too. It seemed like everything we were reading about the North Texas housing market beginning in 2019 indicated things were cooling down and there was more uncertainty for sellers. When we met with Pat and Nancie about selling the house that had been a home to our family for the past 25 years, they carefully walked us through a plan to sell the house. The plan included the recommended timing for the listing, pricing options, suggestions to improve the appeal to prospective buyers and the resources that were available to us to get the home ready for a successful listing. After previewing the online listing and brochure, including the incredible photography, we felt more confident in the possibility of a quick sale. Our house sold in less than 48 hours with multiple offers above our asking price. Working with the Przada’s was such an enriching experience! They went above and beyond to help us find the house of our dreams. Pat and Nan Przada (Team Przada) were a wonderful couple to have sell our house for us. We averaged over 1.5 showings PER DAY, not including the numerous open houses they had. We sold to an all-cash buyer and closed in less than two weeks from the offer. Pat and Nan did everything we think a good realtor should do. They provided valuable information and advice, and an extensive list of helpful agents to paint, clean and stage our house. In addition, they kept us constantly informed as to what what going on, and they handled all aspects of the closing. Coming from a family of brokers and realtors, we can say that Pat and Nan were a wonderful choice to help us sell our house. We highly recommend them.
