Paul was the best person I know to show me around. He has complete knowledge of the area as he grew up here and knows not only the area but the houses as well. He is very efficient and trustworthy. I also consider him to be a new found friend.

Paul provided the most enjoyable house hunting experience I've ever had. When we visited Port Angeles last June to begin our search for a retirement home, I was not looking forward to the process and spending the day with a Real Estate agent. That feeling quickly changed when Paul met us at our hotel. He is so personable and down to earth, I immediately liked him. Having lived here all of his life, he knows the area, and counceled us well. Our day viewing homes with Paul was very enjoyable and well spent and when we finally purchased our home, he provided some great input on owning a rural property.

Paul has represented me twice as a buyer for one of his listings. He did a great job, always kept me informed and really did act in the best interest of his buyer as well as his seller. I talked to many agents in Port Angeles before I made a purchase, and Paul was better informed than any of the others. I would recommend anyone to use Paul to sell or buy real estate in the Port Angeles / Sequim area.

My husband and I found our house online and called Paul (the listing agent) at 10pm at night! He is beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable of his hometown area and a kind person to work with. He had written up a proposal for our dream house by the following morning and was engaged with the seller for us. Paul and I have completed 3 successful transactions, and I intend to do more business with him in the future. Paul helps make things happen smoothly and correctly. The details and steps needed to successfully complete a transaction just seem to fall into place with Paul's help and guidance. He is also very helpful in selecting other professionals and services that may be needed for transactions to happen. It really helps that he knows good contacts in the area to bring things together well. Even in cases where the deal turns out to not be feasible and declined by me or the other party in the transaction, Paul puts in 100% effort, and does not seem to get easily discouraged, doing his part to facilitate the buying or selling process is optimized. One of the first things you’ll like is the tall person with an engaging smile, and in a little while you’ll probably feel like, finally, you’re on your way to finding one of your dearest housing goals. Paul’s there to help. He’s also modest but you’ll find he knows every part of the Olympic Peninsula and its people, for living most of his life right there, and much of that time working in real estate. I was amazed, after being around the block a few times with home buying and selling, just how relaxed and effective everything done with our realtor turned out to be. We were delighted buying our home with Paul’s help, had some good negotiations go smoothly, and then settled down to become friends in our new community.

I am so grateful for Paul! We've been halfheartedly looking around for property for several years. He diligently sent listings but was never pushy. When we started looking in earnest, he found the perfect place for us and made it clear we needed to meet him for a showing immediately. Less than 15 minutes after arriving a group of what looked like logging investors pulled up and I'm sure they were salivating over the beautiful cedar trees. Paul got our offer in first and was such a help since we're first-time buyers. He went above and beyond to help us find the septic, (no small task!), so we could get it inspected before closing. We're now happy owners of beautiful acreage that came with so much more than we ever dreamed of. I highly recommend Paul.
