Paul did an excellent job selling our condo. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Importantly, he was also very responsive. Paul answered his phone every time I called him, morning or night. He also called me regularly to update me on every step of the process. I respected Paul's advice and appreciated his calm and professional demeanor throughout the entire process (especially since the buyer presented some unique challenges). I will definitely call Paul next time I need a real estate agent and will recommend Paul to family and friends looking for an agent as well.

Most home buyers are novices, inherent in the transaction itself. How often does one buy a home? Paul Linville’s professionalism and knowledge shielded me from my naivety. His advice and guidance was delivered in measured and respective tones. A true agent of my goals. Paul knows the mortgage game and all it entails – VA, FHA, conventional. He knows the mortgage processes, language, and culture. Paul advised what to expect, and counseled on things many buyers may have misgivings about. One stop shopping with Mr. Linville. At cursory inspections during home showings, Paul flushed out possible deficiencies that wouldn’t pass the muster during paid inspections. Paul knows the local terrain surrounding perspective home purchases. At the end of the day, Paul possesses something that experiences or prices can’t quantify. Paul made himself available and was responsive to my inquiries, even while on vacation. It was like Paul was the home buyer.

Paul was excellent. Sold my house in three days. We had to sell quick so we wanted to list at a low price but Paul convinced us to start higher. When we sold we actually got an offer over asking price. Paul also helped me find a house. He was very responsive to my requests to see listings. Once we put an offer in he helped me go in at the right price. There ended up being multiple offers but we got the house because Paul steered us in the right direction. You can tell he has a lot of experience and he helps people thru the entire process of buying or selling a home.

I was confounded about what to do with an especially challenging piece of vacant land in Saginaw. We owned it since Feb 2016. After a failed auction, we listed it with Paul. I was anticipating a minimum 12 month marketing time. Paul sold it in slightly over 8 months and closed an offer that was 16% higher than my best auction price. In addition to his salesmanship, Paul went above and beyond for me, helping me find and manage a landscaper to ensure the property was maintained at a reasonable price.

paul went above and beyond to find us the perfect place considering all the factors that where making the home buying process difficult, he stayed in touch constantly and answered all our weird questions...lol he is above and beyond job description, and when i get ready to sale he will be first person i contact... my trust is a hard thing to gain... but with paul, he made the whole process seem normal and relieved alot of stress , me, my wife and family couldnt be happier.... thank you again paul...
