When we bought our house in Horseshoe Beach, Paula was the listing agent and handled the negotiations between us and the seller. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. Paula explained to us that in the summer, a lot of the cottages and homes are rented out for the scalloping and fishing that is so popular at that time of year. When we mentioned that we were selling a rental we had up North, she informed us about a "1031 Exchange" that we had never heard of before. By doing this exchange, we were able to sell our rental and not pay any capital gains, all thanks to Paula. Now that we will be renting our house, Paula will be our property manager that we have complete trust and total confidence in. Stu and Terry Bennett

Paula rented us a vacation home. She took our security deposit and refused to refund it without cause. She invented reasons to take my money. Not to be trusted. We couldn't use her leaky blow up mattresses- we reported them as inoperable- she wants to charge us for discovering they didn't work- also used her futon( had to sleep somewhere) she claims a seam came apart from abuse- it was slept on by a 140 lb. man- if that's abuse I don't know what is. I would avoid dealing with her for any reason.
