Randy is an excellent agent. He was very good at keeping us informed of activity on the listing. He is very knowledgeable about the area. He negotiated the best price for the listing. I would definitely ask him to represent me for future home sales.

After suffering a stroke the large 2 story Victorian was a burden. Randy with his kind and gentle nature helped me through the process, watched out for my welfare and into a smaller home on one level with a beautiful 1/4 acre lot. Randy listens to what his clients want and then finds it. I have used him several times. He has helped me buy homes and sell homes. You can't go wrong. He is a good source for contractors, insurance, and mortgages.

This was our first home buying experience and I had done my own "house hunting" thinking I'd found the perfect home!!! When Randy met with us and showed it to us I realized that not only did I not like the home but I had no clue what we were really doing. We wanted to aggressively look for homes and Randy was so great to create appointment times for us to view multiple homes a day. He was able to give us advice on neighborhoods, and pricing. When it was time to negotiate pricing he was 100% in our corner and helped us not to accept just anything and also help us give a good offer. He addressed every concern we had. Even though I do t have anything to compare it to, through juggling two jobs and school, Randy made this process non stressful and painless for us. We are so glad we were able to work with him through this process.

My fiance and I recently bought a home in the SoBro neighborhood of Indianapolis and Randy went above and beyond our expectations. We bought an inexpensive "fixer upper" and although we saw more expensive homes that would have given Randy a higher commission, we were never pushed to buy something that wasn't the best deal for us. Randy helped us with finding a bank for our home loan and he even offered to help us fix something up with our home. We have a new friend and a trusted agent that we will use again in the future. We highly recommend and trust Randy!
