My name is Ric Hollifield. I am owner of Hollifield Real Estate Group.I began my career in Real Estate after spending over 20 years operating and managing a family owned business.
Some of the more prestigious accomplishments that I have achieved in Real estate are: *I was awarded Rookie of the Year during my first year in real estate. * During my second year I was named Top Producer in Residential and Commercial Sales for my office. * For 5 consecutive years thereafter, I have been awarded with highest honors in Real Estate sales. *I am among the top 1% of Realtors in the Tallahassee and surrounding areas. *I am pass Chairman of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity for the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and have done so for 4 years.
My experience and track record to get the deal closed comes from hard work, knowledge of the real estate market and absolutely loving my job. Ric actually represented us twice. Buying a new home at 5 Juniper Dr. Selling our existing home at 93 Covington Cir.Both times he took care of all the details, explained any questions asked. He negotiated a acceptable deal on both the buying and selling. Especially the buying. Within one month, we purchased a new home and sold our existing home.Couldn't be happier.
