Rona helped my partner and me look at a couple condominiums in Cambridge. I bought a house with Rona in 2001, on the recommendation of several friends, and since then I have recommended her to a dozen or more friends and acquaintances. Everyone I know who has worked with her has been very pleased by the experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about houses and every stage of the buying process, and she is a good teacher so clients learn a lot too. She is patient and stubborn: she helps you figure out what is important to you in a house, and then she works with you until you find a house that meets all of your important criteria, no matter how long it takes. She helps you see clearly and not make expensive mistakes because of the emotions of the house-buying process. She is hard-working, well-connected, and very experienced.
