About Sandra Jordan
I was born in Houston, and grew up in the southwest Houston area. I graduated from Sharpstown High School then attended Southwest Texas State University (yes, it is now known at Texas State). Majoring in Sociology, prepared me for my career as a probation officer. I worked in this field in Harris County, Travis County, and in Miami, Florida. In Miami we weathered hurricane Andrew and learned that living through a natural disaster can have an upside: We sold our house for a nice profit after completing extensive repairs! My husband's job later took us to Connecticut where I started my most challenging and rewarding career as a stay at home mom. After two snowy winters, it was time for this Texas girl to head home! Our family of four returned to Texas and landed in Fort Bend County. We raised our children in the First Colony area of Fort Bend County. Both my husband and I devoted our time to our children. Just as many of you do. Between coaching, homework and dance/music lessons, I worked for the local food pantry, volunteered in the schools, at our church and with our neighborhood association. Serving has, and will always be my highest priority.
If you are new to this area, I would love to tell you about the great neighborhoods and amenities in Houston, Sugar Land and surrounding areas. Whether you are looking for your first home, or selling your tenth, I will serve you from the beginning of the process, to beyond the closing date. A house is not a home---until it's yours!!
