Sarah was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful, patient, and understanding of our concerns when buying our first home. Very quick to respond/update and was timely with our viewing appointments. Super knowledgeable and honest with her connections and recommendations of services in town and specifics of the different homes. She definitely knows her way around the block! I had the pleasure of working with Sarah in finding our second home in Wilmington NC. She is very knowledgeable about the area and has a passion for real estate. Sarah was EXCELLENT! Sarah went beyond what I would ever expect any realitor to do. Sarah brought me to the properties I showed interest in and some that she suggested. Sarah showed me the pros and cons of each home for what they truely were. Some properties needed more work than others and Sarah wasn't afraid to tell me. Sarah is well aware of the market and what direction it is going. When I found a home that I loved Sarah helped me through the entire process. Sarah ran into a few curveballs during the purchase. She took care of everything she could behind the scenes so I didn't have to worry about anything. I appreciate Sarah's time, knowledge and experience. Sarah is an awesome realtor!!! She did not try to show us anything out of our price range. We were looking for something in the coastal region with specific town in mind. She went pretty far from her home, was always available, had answers to all our questions!! I began to feel guilty she showed us so many homes before we found our dream home. Thank you Sarah, you are good at your job!!!!
