Scott is an amazing realtor & person! I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a house. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest & just an all around great guy. Scott and I have been friends for the good part of 10 years now and I am so glad that I chose to work with him to sell my 2-unit rental property that I have owned since 2008. Not having sold many properties in the past, I am sure glad that I partnered with Scott on that.He was responsive and forthright at every single point in the process and didn't shy away from delivering the tough message.I honestly thought the process was going to be WAY more difficult than it was. Scott was amazing to work with! He was incredibly patient and stuck with me as I searched for the right place over a two or three year time period. He took the time to get to know me and was always open, honest, and transparent as he helped me find the home that was right for me and my situation. His negotiation skills even helped me beat out an equivalent cash offer. My wife and I were referred to Scott from a friend and we couldn't be happier with the work he put in to get us the house of our dreams. We saw a house pop on to the market and shot it right over to Scott, he had us in for a tour the following day. His quick response times, knowledge of homes while touring them and negotiation skills really makes him one of Dover's top realtors. So pleased with our experience with Scott Moreau! Husband and I were first-time home buyers and had very little knowledge of the market/process. Our finances were tight, but by establishing a relationship with Scott early, we were able to save sufficient funds to become homeowners this year.
