I wish I could give Serena 6 stars. She did a great job handling a complicated purchase for me. She used her experience and imagination to negotiate an agreement that met the unusual requirements of the seller without requiring concessions on my part. At different milestones she patiently explained the next steps and always responded promptly when I had a question. I recommend Serena without reservation.

Serena is the MOST AMAZING realtor you will ever find! She asked us what characteristics the home of our dreams would have. I told her I could never afford the home of my dream, she said 'Do not worry, tell me anyway!' Well the second home she told us to look at WAS the home of our dreams and at a price we could afford. She is MAGICAL! She made my dream come true, and in no time at all. No wasting time looking at homes that did not fit what I liked! I life in the most beautiful home ever, with all the characteristic I was hoping for...and MORE! During the entire process, which again went pretty fast and as smoothly as one would possibly imagine, she was always ready to answer questions, answering in an extremely knowledgeable way and doing the appropriate research when necessary. She was also the one that suggest the inspector and mortgage person, which I end up choosing because they gave me the best deal. Serena is everything you want in a realtor: honest, professional, communicative, understanding, caring and fun! We were first time home buyers which meant we asked a ridiculous amount of questions, and Serena patiently answered each of them. She always responded quickly and often followed up to those questions with more information or a recent, related article so we could learn more and be completely informed.Serena was knowledgeable about the market, what we wanted in a home, and she took the time to understand us and our budget. When we did find "The One!", she started working on it immediately and negotiated incredibly well on our behalf. We could not have been happier with the terms of our sale!At every step of the process, from setting up our search, visiting homes, submitting an offer, inspection, closing and EVERYTHING in-between, Serena was there with her beautiful smile keeping us calm! Our experience with Serena was exemplary. Prior to starting this review my husband and I wondered "If Serena could have done one thing better what would it have been", and to our astonishment we came up with nothing. We were referred to Serena by a cousin that lives in Falmouth. We live off Cape and met with her at the Mid Cape house we were selling, and she suggested we make some improvements before she listed the house. She had already developed the profile of the ideal buyer and a marketing strategy. We never saw her again.The work began a few weeks later and shortly after we had our first offer- a neighbor who the contractors let in. It was low and we declined it. A couple of days later Serena received a sight unseen offer from an out of state buyer but it fell through because of Covid-19. The house wasn't even listed yet but she was working her magic. Before the week was out she had a 3rd offer that we eventually accepted. Before we accepted she had a 4th offer, in writing, in case the 3rd offer fell through. She always had a Plan B and sometimes a Plan C.Following their inspection, the buyers' agent presented a list of "issues of concern" with the house. What did Serena do? She sealed the deal with the house "as is" AND raised the price!I should mention that she found us a very local contractor (he lived 5 minutes from the house), who did an awesome job on all the work we needed done, at a fair price.Her knowledge of the area & the process were on point, and she was a true professional throughout. What more can we say- 47 days after we first spoke to her we accepted an offer that was $15k more than our asking price! We closed yesterday. So if you're buying or selling on Cape Cod make it easy on yourself and call Serena!
