When we first met Silvia Kinkela she explained that her job is more service than sales. She provided us a thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Silvia would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems or issues and commenting on the quality of construction. She was patient as we traveled from South Florida to look at homes over several months. Silvia was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible, Silvia also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. Silvia helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price and were loving our new home. The best part about working with Silvia was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We were so fortunate to have found Silvia Kinkela and we would recommend her to anyone who is trying to purchase a home.

I have had the pleasure over the years to work with Silvia Kinekela with one purchase in 2016, one sale in 2018, and most recent sale June 2019 along with Dedra Rinehart. I must say they ladies are phenomenal and they made this process so easy and stress free for me as I'm out of state. There was never a time I asked for something and they didn't deliver. I was always hesitant to ask for favors but they have always reminded me by saying " we are here for you and will make this process as simple as we can" They have even went above to have a scheduled runner to check my vacant home on a weekly basis and working around my crazy work schedule to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I love the professionalism and dedication they have posed in treating me like they would for a family member. I can't say it enough, THANK YOU both for all your hardwork. Silvia kinkela at KeyBella was absolutely great. We were buyers from New Jersey and she bent over backwards for us. Took Videos, FaceTime-d us, and dropped everything on a weekend when we decided to come look at homes, twice, not even once. Simply the best we could have asked for. Once under contract she continued to help us along the way, and now we call her a friend.

Bought a single family home in Umatilla FL, Sylvia was exceptional through the entire buying process. She listened to our Budget perimeters, design likes and dislikes and found a home that fit within those perimeters. Truly enjoyable experience.

I purchased a condo through Silvia 2 years ago - location is perfect, the price was right in the middle of my price range, and the unit had everything I was looking for. Those things would be enough for a good review on their own; however the community itself has turned out to be about as close to perfect as I could expect; the HOA is great, there hasn't been any real crime in the area since I moved in, and best of all, the unit's value has appreciated a full 20% since I moved in. The extra time and effort put into researching the details of the unit and community the unit is in really set Silvia apart.
