It's been 15 years since I've become a Realtor and have never stopped loving it! My favorite part is being able to meet different people and to figure out their specific needs, so I can help them in their next step. It's so satisfying to be able to sell someone's home or find them a new one. It's all about organization and effective marketing! I believe in being honest and straight forward with my clients so that we can best help them to get what they want out of their transaction. It's always a stressful process, so I make every effort to communicate openly and continuously with all of the parties involved. I work mostly off of referrals so want to make sure every one is satisfied! I have worked with Carrington for 5 years now and have gained a great amount of knowledge in the distressed property market. I've taken many courses over the years to keep on top of the ever changing market and have my designations in CDPE (certified distressed property expert) and GRI (graduate realtor institute). I believe in staying up with the changes the market always provides. I recently obtained my Broker's license and I am currently pursuing my certification in Commercial Real Estate. The more I learn, the better I can benefit my clients.
